I did try 15-20hrs prior to your arrival but you were always out of range, i left emails also. I will take this on board but all guests appreciate my personalized service.
Carpets are always cleaned but unfortunately stained. We have set aside time replacing this around February. Money is tight at the moment and is next on the agenda. The scaffolding came down today, If I knew what time they were going to work I could have let you know but was beyond my control.
Oil in the kitchen for your cooking? Sorry for OH&S I cant provide this every stay, this is why you paid about 30% less than the hotel (which by the way provide less benefits inc oil, their carpets are not as clean ,and the linen and beds are still from 2008) Thats another reason in my communication with you I suggested to you partner while u were driving the Foodland at Wallaroo open 7am-9pm is a must for any last min grocery shopping.
When you come next time, be assured I will probably have floor boards installed (not a fan of carpet myself) a new luxury line of teas are included found also on the QE2
