We can assure you that we have already taken note of most of these and have made significant adjustments to ensure that every guest's stay is an unforgettable adventure. (1). We did away with most of the paperwork leaving only basic registration/taking basic details of the person staying with us(this is important). (2).Regarding the wifi, we had indicated that it is available in some rooms. However, we have since identified a better service-provider that will give us even better wifi range for internet access in the property when installation is complete. (3). The issue of the smell was a one-off and was fully resolved. Other guests before you and those who have stayed at A-One after you did not have this problem. (4) Basic kitchen and cleaning stores are now part of what every new guest finds in the house so they have an easy start. Regarding the mattresses, we are sorry for those who had difficulties, other guests did not have a problem. Individual preferences are so varied that we have had to settle for medium density mattresses as others have asked for Orthorpaedic etc.
