I'm here to ensure you have the best time in Austin. I'm your point of contact for any requests regarding the property. If you want suggestions on local hotspots, I'm happy to provide pointers too!
We want you to have a great overall experience, and we expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. We have just outfitted the home with new furniture, new beds, new mattresses, new bedding, etc. Absolutely no smoking inside, but please feel free to do so in the back/front yard (pls pick up the butts when you're done). Additionally, the city of Austin is reviewing short term rental homes. It is extremely important that our guests not congregate on the front porch after 10:00pm and the noise levels be kept to a minimum. The city of Austin is encouraging neighbors of short term rentals to call the police or code enforcement officers if there is a perceived problem.
