This is the perfect place to stay for a small family. My wife, my five year-old daughter, my mother-in-law and myself stayed nine nights and loved every minute of it. The place was stocked with everything you could want, from fans and humidifiers, to ironing boards and first aid kits, to Netflix and board games. In fact, my daughter discovered the secret kids play space in the upstairs bedroom, that no one else mentioned. Painted with stars and moons and planets and aliens, carpeted and fun as a hideout and play area. It truly felt like home away from home, providing us everything we could have wanted and making our stay in the mountains perfect.
The place is exactly halfway between historic Park City's Main Street and the "everything you could want" Kimball Junction shopping center (a few minutes in either direction), offering convenience to everything. The JW Allen Toy Store nearby provided everything for my daughter's birthday, the Starbucks the coffee I craved, and the health center a great eye exam! the stand-up lift just a five minute walk from our door is an awesome way to get up the mountain, but just keep in mind that it's only open weekends (at least during the summer). With gorgeous scenery, lifts and trails everywhere, and resorts, restaurants, and fun shopping all around, it was amazing.
Would absolutely recommend this place to a family or two couples, without hesitation. The clubhouse is just a short walk across the street and is open until 10:00 PM every night. It offers two big pools; the kids pool has a waterfall and allows any toys you want to bring. And it has grills, in case you don't want to use the one on the unit's balcony.
Stay here! It's perfect!
Oh, and if you want a fantastic meal in historic Park City, stop in at Coal & Lumber and say hi to Chef Jordan. A super experience. It's pretty upscale, but he said he would make anything our daughter liked, regardless of the menu, and whipped up some incredible pasta and cheese for her that she loved.
