This newly renovated house is located on a quiet suburban street. We offer guests three full bathrooms (one on each floor of the house), three plush queen beds, front and back porches, and a fully equipped kitchen. We are close to I-71, Hyde Park, Mariemont, Oakley, and 15-20 minutes from downtown.
This house is newly renovated. It is full of natural light with an open floor plan, allowing non stop action throughout the common areas of the first floor. The house has cheerful colors throughout providing a warm, comfortable atmosphere- just like home.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a private, handicap accessible bathroom. There is also a dining room with a table that sits up to 10, a living room with a tv screen equipped with a Roku, allowing guests to stream their Netflix/ HBO/ YouTube accounts to the Tv. The kitchen is well equipped to suit any cooking or baking needs, and has the basic necessities available to all guests including salt, sugar, spices, flour, and cooking oil.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have walk in closets. The bathroom and bedrooms are off of the same hallway.
The third bathroom is located in the basement. It is newly renovated and has a sink, toilet, and shower.
Each bathroom is equipped with a heater light (which is absolutely delightful), and a timer for the lights. There are dimmers on most of the lights on the first floor.
The entire first floor is wheel chair accessible.
Guests will have access to the entire house. This includes the basement, which has a washer, dryer, and full bathroom. There is washing detergent and fabric sheets available to guests.

As often or as little as they'd like.
My husband and I live two houses down and are available frequently. We have two dogs that are often in the yard. They are friendly but do bark. There is an electric fence around the perimeter of the house next door to Rita's Pad.
The street is very quiet past 10PM, so please be mindful of the neighbors.
No parties or events.
Not suitable for pets.
I traveled with my daughter to Spain and had a great experience using AirBnB. This led me and my husband to renovate a house in our neighborhood. After a year of hard work- and a lot of tearing out blue carpet- the house is what you see today; a charming and detailed home.
I am from Cincinnati. My three children (ages 21, 24, and 26) all grew up in a house a few doors down from the AirBnB we host. I live with my husband and two dogs (Kip and Jesse).
One of the details I enjoy the most about our AirBnB is the artwork we have featured from local artists. I hope that you enjoy this, too!
