Generally my home is a fairly quiet home certainly Sunday to Thursday.
My place is easy access to any part of Sussex. It is a short drive/bus ride into Brighton with a bus stop directly outside the apartment or a short taxi ride home. It is within walking distance to Foredown tower, the downs for walks and Portslade Village. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and stunning sea views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
I have 2 comfortable rooms. 1 single which can open into a double bed if required however this does make the space a little tight and then I have a double bed in the themed 'London Room'.
Please contact me for special offer to book both rooms.
I have a large sized bathroom with an electric shower.
Towels will be provided within your stay
Toast/tea/coffee/milk will be available for breakfast
Washing of laundry can be arranged on request (£4 per load)
I very often pass Gatwick and provided it fits within my working hours I am happy to do an airport pick up at an additional cost.
I have grown up in Sussex and I am very familiar with what is in the area so I would be more than happy to give advice/tips or provide help with planning your stay
Access will be to the rooms booked, the bathroom along with the kitchen to make tea/coffee/toast in the morning.

You will be greeted by me upon arrival. Generally I like to have a chat, welcome you to my home and show you around. From there I'm happy to leave you to do your own thing. If you do have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
My home is ideal for those looking to explore and take in Brighton or visit other areas near by. It is suited to couples/solo travelers/families rather than those looking for a 'party' break due to quiet evenings and my work commitments.
Parking is free and ample within the area however with good transport into the centre of Brighton (1/2 hour on the bus) its unlikely you will require a car. Portslade station is approx 20 min walk away but again it is on a bus route or alternatively I can potentially pick you up.
I do work Monday to Friday and generally up around 7am. I do try and keep noise to a minimum but you may find me pottering around early on.
Please note that I am on the 3rd floor of the property so it is not ideal for those with mobility difficulties, however the walk up the stairs is worth it for the view from the balcony. One side you can look over to Brighton & the race course and the other provides views of Shoreham.
- Quiet hours after 10:30pm as I generally have to be up for work the next morning
- Please ensure that you are quiet when entering the building as I live in a block
- The space I provide is for guests that have booked only and therefore no-one else should be invited into the property.
