This unit also has been repainted and updated for your needs with a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi and contemporary furnishings. The Sawmill Creek complex provides one covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs and elevator access. Only 20 yards from the Four O’clock ski run, you can ski home at the end of the day. With shuttle stops right outside the complex, you can make your way to the Snowflake Lift in less than five minutes. Downtown Main Street is only a block away, and provides you with all the shopping and dining you can enjoy. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

1. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units and penalties will be assessed if any unit is found to have smoke or a smoke smell in it.

4. We do not allow rentals for wedding, fraternity, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
5. There is no air-conditioning in any of the units, please open your windows to enjoy the crisp mountain breeze.

Since we have always focused on quality over quantity, we annually turn down 4-5 times the management opportunities that we accept. For over 18 years, GWL has had a continued track record of success, being very precise as to what works for us and what doesn’t, and also what will work in Breckenridge and what will not.
We recognize that people in Breckenridge have a choice. What sets our homeowners and guests apart is our commitment to service and caring about what we do. Being a locally owned and operated company has allowed GWL to be very proactive, and not reactive, in our management style.
