Enjoy spectacular views from the private 5-person outdoor hot tub on the deck of this second floor, elevator-accessed condo. For your convenience, the unit includes a full size washer and dryer, free high speed internet, gas fireplace, iron, ironing board, radiant heat and a private heated garage for car, ski and snowboard storage. The living room is equipped with a 60 inch 4k HD Smart TV, along with HD TV’s in both bedrooms.
Located at the south end of Main Street, The Corral is just a short walk to either town or the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9. All guests can also enjoy the very large outdoor 18-person hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, computer, printer, and lounge area. There is a free town bus stop located just steps from the complex for easy and convenient transportation around town or to the slopes. For your convenience, all of our Corral condos include access to our on-site operations office for 24/7 maintenance questions and needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay!

Our core management team has over 75 years of collective experience in the Breckenridge vacation rental & property management market. Our goal has always been to be the best, not the largest. Since we have always focused on quality over quantity, we annually turn down 4-5 times the management opportunities that we accept. For over 18 years, GWL has had a continued track record of success, being very precise as to what works for us and what doesn’t, and also what will work in Breckenridge and what will not.
