Tregolfva is a well-maintained and equipped barn conversion, tastefully decorated and with magnificent views looking across St Austell Bay towards Fowey. The open plan living, dining room and kitchen open out onto the south east facing terrace and the main bedroom is directly above, all of which make the most of the stunning views. The property has a parking space included as well as a segregated courtyard area to the rear and an open grassed area alongside the seventeenth fairway to the front of the property.
Porthpean Beach is a few hundred metres down the hill and is sandy, safe and sheltered with rock pools at the south western end where children can be found searching for shrimp, crabs and starfish while at the opposite end the cliffs are mainly populated by nesting birds. The eighteen hole Porthpean Golf Course is built around the cottage and the club house is a short walk away where the golf is exceedingly reasonably priced and you can also enjoy a meal, coffee or drink! The Eden Project is just to the east of St Austell, the Lost Gardens of Heligan a short drive to the south west, the picturesque Roseland Peninsula with its quaint fishing villages is within half an hour#39;s drive and Newquay#39;s vibrant surfing lifestyle and golden beaches are a similar distance to the north.
Ground Floor: Entrance has doorways leading to: downstairs bathroom with an over bath shower amp; shower screen (not as photograph), WC and wash basin, open plan kitchen, living room and dining area with French doors leading onto small terraced area with view over St Austell Bay, staircase to first floor.
First Floor: Master double bedroom with spectacular views (6#39; double bed may be split into 2 x 3#39; singles), second twin bedroom (also zip and link and can be made as a double), and small shower room with WC and hand basin.
Exterior: Picnic table on the small front terrace which is open onto large communal grassed area above the seventeenth fairway of Porthpean Golf Course. Also to the rear is a fenced off terrace with tables and chairs. There is also a small bicycle storage shed which can be used by visitors.
Facilities amp; Services
Heating is via oil central heating. The kitchen has fully fitted units, electric oven amp; hob, dishwasher, microwave, separate fridge amp; freezer amp; washing machine/dryer. The lounge has a flat screen TV amp; DVD player with freeview and the ability to play cds. WiFi is available at the property.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, please bring your own beach towels. Parking is in a dedicated parking slot (labelled 1) in the communal area at the end of the row of cottages. 1 well behaved dog is welcome at a small additional cost of pound;25 per week. We regret no smoking is permitted. There is a cot and highchair available.

Arrival / Departure is a Saturday.
Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
pound;150 security deposit is required to be pre-authorised on your card.
You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
