Upper Bohella House is a truly fabulous maisonette, in an absolutely prime location, right in the heart of St Mawes with views over the harbour. A brilliant balcony running the full length of the property allows you to sit, sunbathe or just gaze over the harbour with all the boats coming and going. The harbour beach is less than a minute from your door and Summer#39;s Beach is just a short walk along the road. The property has benefited from an extensive refurbishment and is decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest levels.
The first floor kitchen / living / dining area, provides direct access onto the balcony, as does the master double bedroom. On the second floor, a relaxing and light second sitting room is just perfect for relaxing or if you have children who want to be in a different room. There is electronically dimmed lighting throughout and built in surround sound. There are king size beds with Vi-sprung mattresses and en-suite wet rooms for both principal bedrooms. Under floor heating and heated towel rails in all three bathrooms as well as colour changing in-floor lighting. Upper Bohella has fabulous furnishings and soft furnishings throughout, giving a really comfortable quot;boutique hotelquot; feel to the property. There are flat screen TVs in both principal bedrooms and in the sitting room and the kitchen fit-out is to the very highest standard.
Please note, access is directly from the street level directly into the first floor level, but the car parking is on the road at ground floor level with a short steep road around the house. Please see the photos for more details.
First Floor: Open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with sea views. Two double bedrooms, each with king size beds, luxurious Vi-sprung mattresses and en-suite shower/wet rooms. A separate family bathroom, with a jacuzzi bath and shower. Hallway with study area and staircase leading to second floor.
Second Floor: Second sitting room with TV and views over the harbour leading on to snug room. Twin bedroom and a single bedroom for children only. There is a separate shower room with WC.

Facilities amp; Services
Heating is via central heating throughout. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is a range cooker with electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washer / drier and a Nespresso coffee machine (a small selection of pods are supplied, but thereafter you must supply your own). The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital Freeview TV amp; DVD player, CD and Radio. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron amp; ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen amp; towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Regrettably no smoking or dogs are allowed. There are off-road parking facilities for 2 vehicles.

You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
