Within easy access to a number of secluded beaches and wonderful rural walks with Gerrans less than half a mile away and Portscatho only a couple of hundred yards further make Spindrift a truly super spot to unwind. What could be better at the end of the day than to relax on the sun deck with a glass of wine and the wonderful smells of dinner cooking on the barbeque whilst looking out over the fields towards the sea?
Spindrift is a well presented 2 bedroom single storey Scandanavian style property. It has the benefit of a quiet rural position with distant sea views over Gerrans Bay. The stunning coastal footpath is only a short distance away and the whole of the Roseland is a great place to enjoy some fabulous walks. It is a convenient location for beaches with Porthbeor, Towan amp; Porthcurnick all just a short distance away. For sailing, windsurfing amp; kayaking, there are plenty of facilities at nearby Percuil.

Heating is via central heating throughout. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine amp; tumble dryer. The lounge area has a flatscreen, digital Freeview TV amp; DVD player, radio amp; CD. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron amp; ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There are parking facilities for up to 2 vehicles. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. Regrettably no pets are allowed. There is a cot amp; high chair available.

You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
