At Pennasville you have a footpath giving you direct access to the beach! Holywell Bay is also conveniently located for exploring further afield on non beach days.
Holywell Bay is just one of the most convenient locations in Cornwall Besides the proximity of one of the best beaches on Cornwall#39;s Atlantic Coast, there are miles of walking to be had along the coastal footpath and many attractions within easy reach because of the proximity of the main roads.
At Pennasville, you could not be closer to the beach! A short walk across the dunes takes you to the beautiful golden sand and crashing surf of the RNLI patrolled beach. It is just so convenient! Pennasville is a self-contained site which is safe and secure. The are electric gates at the main entrance to the site which are operated by a security card. There is a completely enclosed play area suitable for children up to 12 years of age and there is also a playhouse and boat with surrounding sand pit - perfect for playing pirates. For the older children there is an adventure-climbing frame with a slide as well as tire swings. There is also a grassed area with a football goal at one end. The games room has a pool table and table tennis table. There is free WiFi access in the games room.
Pennasville 17 is a completed refurbished 2 storey holiday home on this great site. An open plan living room and kitchen area on the ground floor is really comfortable and you will find all the comforts of home. On the first floor is a double bedroom (4#39;6quot; bed) and a twin bedroom. There is a family shower room with a large walk in shower cubicle. Outside, there is a small patio area for you to use.
Ground Floor: A comfortable lounge area, followed by a fully equipped kitchen/ dining area.
First Floor: A master double bedroom (4#39;6quot;) followed by a twin room with two 3#39; single beds. A separate family shower room with walk in cubicle, electric shower amp; WC.
Exterior: Patio with external furniture.
Facilities amp; Services
Heating is via night storage heating and an electric fire in the lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The sitting room area has a 40quot; LCD Freeview TV amp; DVD player. There is a laundry room on site. There is a completely enclosed play area suitable for children up to 12 years of age. There is an adventure climbing frame, slide, swings and grassed football area. The games room is equipped with a pool table amp; tennis table - children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult. WiFi is available in the games room only from 9am-9pm.
The night store heating and bed linen are all included. You will need to provide your own towels, alternatively these can be rented on request of the owner. All other electricity is on a meter. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is parking facilities for up to 1 vehicles at the front of the house. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at the small additional charge of pound;30 per dog / week, although please remember that dogs cannot be left unattended in the property alone. Please note that DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY BETWEEN 25 JULY - 29 AUGUST. There is a cot amp; high chair available.

You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
