Penhellick Barn has been converted with great flair and attention to detail and now offers a perfect holiday retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surrounding countryside, yet it is only a short drive away, and equidistant from, the major North coastal towns of Padstow, Wadebridge and Newquay. With panoramic countryside views across the Cornish landscape and situated in 15 acres of open farmland you will find Penhellick really is a little hidden gem.
With Padstow and Wadebridge further up the coast and Newquay a little further west there are a plethora of activities available from beautiful walks to surfing and swimming on some of the county's finest beaches.
Ground Floor: Sitting room, kitchen / diner, twin bedroom with 3' zip and link beds, shower room with WC and large walk in shower, 5' double bedroom with en suite bathroom and WC.
Exterior: Access to large enclosed garden with decking, garden furniture BBQ facilities and access, on request with the owner, to a hot tub and trampoline (at your own risk!)
Facilities & Services
There is central heating and a multi fuel stove. The kitchen has a range of modern units, electric oven and hob, microwave, separate fridge & freezer, dishwasher, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, kettle and toaster. The sitting room has a flat screen digital TV with Freeview, & DVD player, which can also play CDs and broadcast radio. There is an iron & ironing board. There is a cot and highchair. Superfast Wifi is available at the property.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. We regret that no smoking is permitted. Dogs are welcomed at a small extra charge of £25.00 per dog per week.
General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure is a Saturday.
Short breaks are available.
£150 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
