As you have the entire space to yourself, we won't be under your feet. We stay in a cabin just behind your cabin, so if you need anything at all during your stay we are just a knock on the door away. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
We will always try our best to meet you on arrival and departure and give you a run down on the Niseko area and the cabin. Please book your transport as soon as you have finalised your travel arrangements, as the buses book out quickly during peak season. If you could advise your arrival time into Niseko at least 7 days before your arrival date.
Please feel free to ask us about lift passes, ski/boarding lessons, rental snow gear, car rentals restaurant bookings, mountain tours and guides and onsens in the area.
We are super passionate about Niseko and love sharing what we know with our guests.
If you are keen to use our place as a base to venture a little further we can help you out with info on other Ski areas within ten minutes to an hour from Niseko including Kiroro, Rusutsu or Moiwa resorts.
If you have any questions during your stay please don't hesitate to contact us, even if you think it's something really small. We want to make your stay as memorable as possible.
Parking is available and free but you will need to be flexible & cooperate with the snowplow driver who keeps the roads clear for us, so we can access the cabins.
The cars may need to moved around in the morning to ensure that he can clear where he needs to (we'll let you know all about this when you arrive as each season is a little different). Small price to pay for an epic powder that Niseko receives almost on a daily basis.
Please note that the snowplow can start clearing the snow from 6am (depending on how much snow fell overnight), this can be a little noisy as you can imagine. If you are a light sleeper we recommend wearing ear plugs.
Please recycle all your rubbish (Japan has an enviable recycling system but at first can be a little overwhelming). We will provide all the bins/bags you need and they will be labelled with what can and can't go in them. There will be extra bags if you fill one of the bins. The bin collection station is only 30 metres from the cabin so please utilise this with your rubbish.
It is really expensive to get rid of rubbish in Japan, so please do not leave behind any gear, clothing or boots that you no longer want. If stuff is left on purpose, there will be an additional guest charge to dispose of it.
Please ensure on departure that you leave the cabin reasonably clean.
We are in a peaceful neighbourhood so please respect our neighbours and ensure that you don't make noise after 11pm
We reserve the right to request guests or non-guests who are making excessive noise, are abusive, aggressive, or disorderly to leave immediately.
This behaviour will not be tolerated under any situation. No refunds will be applicable. If a security company or police are called any additional charges occurred will be the responsibility of the guest.
Please don't smoke inside the cabin. It's a non smoking cabin and we'd really appreciate your co-operation. Please only smoke outside of the cabin.
Please note guests are responsible for the following but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses.
If you have any problems during your stay please don't hesitate to contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

Hi there we are Steve & Amy. We first travelled to Japan in February 2012. We fell in love with the people, the mountains and the food.
We absolutely love snowboarding and especially the powder riding that Niseko delivers every season! We managed a Ski Lodge in Niseko for two winters and definitely caught the Niseko bug! We loved it so much we decided it was the perfect destination to get married in March last year.
Now we hope to help others enjoy their stay in Niseko as much as we do.
