The biggest attraction of Long Commons is for those looking for ease of access. There are full disabled facilities throughout the house and there is the huge advantage of an internal lift to ensure everyone can appreciate the magnificent views from the first floor.

Exterior: Garden with raised patio with external furniture (including a table and seating for 10), BBQ (charcoal not provided) and sea views.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating and electric fire in the living room. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The sitting room area has a flatscreen TV, DVD player, Sky TV and CD player. There is WiFi available at the property and a TV in each bedroom. There is an iron & ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Parking facilities for up to 6 vehicles. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at the small additional charge of £30 per dog per week. Strictly no smoking allowed. There is a high chair and travel cot available - please note the wooden cot pictured is no longer at the property. There are fixed wooden stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure is normally a Sunday - Friday from November 2017.
Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
£250 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
