Jago Cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Trewartha which is within easy reach of the village of Veryan with its unusual Roundhouses, convenience store and pub. Also nearby is the quintessential Cornish harbour village of Portloe which still has an active fishing fleet. This is big walking country and there is easy access to the Coastal Footpath with some dramatic walks around Nare Head, Portloe and the Dodman which is slightly further away. For those looking for a great beach, Carne beach with its long expanse of sand is only a mile away together with the renowned Nare Hotel.
Jago Cottage is located next door to the owners property and has the benefit of its own patio area with access to the huge garden. Fitted to high standards, Jago Cottage offers really comfortable accommodation for your holiday. Jago Cottage offers excellent value for money and is ideally situated in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula.
Ground Floor Only: The front door leads into a spacious kitchen / diner with lounge to one end. There is wood flooring throughout. Master double bedroom and second bedroom with a double and single bed followed by a family bathroom with over bath shower. The lounge is comfortable furnished with leather sofas and plenty of reading material for quieter days!
Exterior: Access via French doors onto the patio with outside furniture amp; BBQ and extensive lawned grounds.
Facilities amp; Services
Heating is via central heating. The kitchen is well fitted. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / drier and dishwasher. There is a digital TV, Video and a DVD player.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. There is ample parking facilities for two large cars. Bed and breakfast facilities are available (pound;60 double / pound;30 single) next door if required for additional guests. Well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional cost of pound;25 per dog / per week. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot and highchair available. WiFi is available at the property.

You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
