Hi Kanani, thank you for your feedback, we do always welcome it and take on board all of your comments. As I said on the phone, we were very sorry that a few things were missed. The couple of dishes in the sink were an error on our part and we are really sorry. All of our linen is professionally laundered, so I am unsure why it would have smelt. This is why we offered to send the cleaners around, it wasn't just to pick up the pillows, but change the bed, take the cushions, do the dishes, and we would have sent them around with some descaler to deal with the kettle and look at the bed. As we discussed when you were on the phone, our water is very hard and so does create this problem. There are filters on the kettle and i'm sorry if this isn't something that you are used to, we have since looked at it and found that it wasn't too bad but appreciate that if you are not used to it it might look that way.
As I explained, we couldn't refund the cleaning fee until we had received the funds ourselves, as we had promised it, you certainly didn't need to chase us, we just needed some time.
We are sorry that you weren't completely happy with your stay, and that our efforts to fix these things were not what you wanted.
