A private hall near the main entrance of the apartment will lead you to your own big bedroom and private bathroom. Our home is next to the National Archaeological Museum of Athens and the historical building of the Polytechnic University, near Exarchia Square and 5 minutes walking distance from Omonia metro station. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
It is a 140-m2 apartment on the 4th floor, which is our home and our art studio. It has a hall, two large bedrooms, a large studio space, a common area for working or hanging out, a kitchen (with a fridge, cooking facilities, coffee maker and boiler), and two bathrooms. We offer WiFi access, hot water, and central heating (extra heaters and electric blankets provided if needed).
The bedroom is spacious with a big wardrobe and a desk, it’s own bathroom with a tub and it is separated from the rest of the house with a private corridor, in order to have privacy and silence. The bed comfortably sleeps two guests and in case of a 3rd person, for example a child, we can also offer a folding bed, as long as we are informed before your arrival. The room is freshly cleaned and new sheets and towels are prepared for each guest. Also in your bathroom you will find soap and shampoo.
The house is located very central, next to a stop of the hop on - hop off touristic bus of Athens, a taxi station and many central bus and trolley bus stops. It’s only a 5 minutes walk to Omonia metro station, and 20 minutes walk to Monastiraki, Plaka and the Acropolis area. Just around the corner you can find a supermarket for anything you may need but do not miss the chance to visit Athens’ central market “Varvakeios”, which is less than 10 minutes from our house.
Besides your private hall, bedroom and bathroom, you can use the common space where we hang out, the front balcony and the kitchen. You are most welcome to use our cooking utensils, spices, fresh olive oil and of course have a bite from the snacks we usually keep around!

We’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have, offer suggestions and help you discover our city!
As we mentioned, we have a dog that is really friendly with everyone and only asks for cuddling! Of course he won’t have access to your private spaces of the house but you will probably bump into him if you decide to hang out in the common room!
Also, during the day (evening hours) there is a possibility that the common space might be used for a private lesson or meeting (max 3h). So during those hours you won't have access to the space, but of course you will be notified in advance and this won't be happening everyday.
- Please keep it down during the "quiet" hours (3 to 5pm and 10pm to 7am)
- Keep your room and shared spaces clean.
- You can use all the common spaces besides our bedroom and studio space.
- Besides the ones we initially agreed, no extra guests are allowed to sleepover. In case you would like to bring someone over for a cup of tea or a glass of wine, we can discuss it as long as you are discreet.
