Our usual check in time is from 2pm and check out is 10am but we will try to be flexible to accommodate guests

Yes. We will give you the wifi code when you check-in

Yes all fresh, pressed bed linen and double size towels are provided
• How many bathrooms are there?
There is one bathroom with a walk-in ceiling shower.
• Can you help to arrange airport transfers?
Yes we'd be happy to help, just let us know the details and we will find out prices for you and then book it if you wish to proceed
• Are infants able to stay at the property?
No. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children under 2 years at this time
• Is a washing machine and hairdryer provided?
Yes there is a washer/dryer. There is a hairdryer in the property.
• What are your bed sizes?
1 UK-size double bed
• How many bathrooms are there?

• Is smoking allowed?
Strictly NO smoking in the apartments and all ancillary terraces and/or common parts. If you want to smoke, you must completely leave the building. You will automatically forfeit your deposit if you are found smoking on the premises.
• Is there parking?
Yes, there is an abundance of Pay & Display parking in the Street and local vicinity as well as short-term parking in Sainsburys (2 mins walk), and a secure underground car park at Millenium Gloucester Hotel (6 mins walk) where you can pay to park for up to 24hrs at one time
• Are kitchen utensils provided and can we use the kitchen?
Yes utensils and cookware are provided and guests have full use of the kitchen
• Is there a table to eat meals?
Yes there is a table and chairs you can use
• Please note we will take a quick photo of the passport of the person who booked upon arrival

- We expect all guests to treat the flat with respect like their own home. No parties or loud music are aloud during the stay. We expect guests to show respect to other guests at all times and noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Smoking is not permitted at all in the building
I am a lifelong Londoner and absolutely love my city - we have so much history and amazing new things to share with the world, whether you're into fantastic restaurants, local markets, sightseeing or nightlife London has it all!
I have worked for years in the tourist industry and am really passionate about sharing some of what we have to offer with people from around the world
I also love to travel and having adventures in new places! Right now I'm planning my next trip to China where I hope to spend a few weeks later in the year :)
