The Stonehouse is believed to be more than 200 years old and the story so far is that it was built on land called "Tal-Geblin" that in english means "Of Stone" and such land belonged to Catherina Cassar concubine to one of the Knights of Malta. The land was later bequeathed to the Order of the Carmelites of Mdina.

My name is Cathy and I'm half English and half Spanish.
I have been travelling around the world for most of my life.. so many beautiful countries to see and so many stories to share :)) After coming back to Europe I settled for a while in London but when I came to Malta on holiday I fell in love with this hidden gem in the Med and decided to move over here.. The crystal blue waters, the never ending historical sites and the huge variety of things to do make it a great destination to visit, not only that but with the sun shining for 300 days of the year it makes you wake up with a smile on your face!
I love nature, travelling, learning languages, entertaining and most of all, my two french bulldogs Moco & Lola (who live with me they do not share any of the communal areas with guests unless asked to do so )
After spending the last two years renovating this typical Maltese house of Character I look forward to welcoming you to my home..
