Since the apartments are located inside of our home, we welcome our guests personally. We are family owned and operated.
Our neighborhood is a nice, open, residential neighborhood in between the two main tourism zones called Isla Verde and Condado. There are some restaurants, surf shops, juice/superfood bars, soccer field, tennis courts, baseball park, running track and the beach all in a walking/biking distance.
The thing I love the most about the street that I live in is probably the trees that are planted in front of peoples homes. There is a different one in every house and most of them are full grown old trees.
The location is also very nice, we are one block away from "el Ultimo Trolley" beach. On sundays you'll find live music playing. There is a newly built (almost finished) bike lane from "Ultimo Trolley" all the way to Old San Juan.
We are 15 from the airport. A taxi will cost you $15-20 to get here. Once you are here you have different options. Walking is easy with good sidewalks and everthing walking distance from the supermarket to the beach. There os a bike rental shop walking distance as well and there are bike taxis that run on tips to move around locally from there.
There is a free trolley that runs through Ocean Park-Condado-Old San Juan (in that order) one block away from our home. Operation hours are from 9am-4pm and they run every 45 min. If not, local bus 53 runs the route from Isla Verde to Old Sam Juan through Condado.
A walk to condado will take you around 20-25 min. Same goes for isla verde. A bike ride is 5-10 min. Old San Juan is a 3 mile walk next to the coast (1-1:30 aprox).
