This is our 2nd home and we are confident that you will enjoy it as much as we do! Our condo is newly designer decorated in a beautiful and bright coastal chic style with brand new flooring, and is incredibly comfortable as well. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the breakfast bar on our balcony, while you take in views of the ocean, harbor, lagoon and mountains. At night, fall asleep to the relaxing sound of the waves.
Our unit is located in one of the only 3 buildings (of the entire complex) that is right on the beach. We are literally just steps away from the ocean. Our complex is also walking distance from Oceanside harbor, which has water activities and many restaurants, as well as Oceanside pier.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, as well as all of the complex's amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, putting green, gym, and game room.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that there is an 11.5% occupancy tax rate required for this property. In order to get this paid, after you book, I will need to change the reservation to include this additional amount - you will then need to accept the change to the reservation amount. Please also note that you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement after booking and prior to check-in. - No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check in is after 3 p.m. The condo is able to accommodate up to four guests comfortably as we have a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. If you have more than four guests, we recommended finding a larger unit. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced by on-site guards and failure to adhere to occupancy rules may result in a fine which will be deducted from your security deposit. This is definitely a NO PETS ALLOWED complex and if guests are caught with a pet, they will be subject to a fine of up to $500, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please note that the security guards are always walking the grounds and they will see you if you have a pet. Additionally, the homeowners’ association office is on-site and they also watching to ensure that no pets are brought on the property. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Our condo will have toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dishwashing soap. However, please do bring your own toiletries, including shampoo, body soap, toothpaste, etc. Because the unit is in a condo complex, we request that our guests respect our neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level. Also, there is no smoking in the complex. Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out time is at 10 a.m. We request that all dirty dishes are cleaned and put away or that you start the dishwasher prior to leaving the unit. Also, used towels and linens should be left in the bathtub so that they can be cleaned prior to the arrival of the next guests. You will be provided with a set of keys and key fob to enter the parking garage upon your arrival. Failure to return the keys or fob will result in a $100 fee being deducted from your security deposit .
- Our condo is located on the second floor of the highly desirable E building, which is one of the only buildings that sits right on the beach, closest to the ocean, and is situated right next to the pool as well. As a result, you are just steps from the beach or the beautiful heated pool, spa, and well-appointed BBQ area. Our condo is located in the North Coast Village complex, which has several resort-like amenities, including a beautiful heated pool, spa, fitness center with showers and sauna, putting green, and a game room. The game room has a big screen TV, card tables, pool table, and foosball. The grounds are just beautiful – designed to look like Hawaii with incredibly lush grounds, waterfalls, running streams, and koi ponds. There are also sand washing stations right by the beach entrance for your convenience and large laundry rooms in every building. The complex has 24/7 security as well for your protection. Our condo is approximately a five minute walk from the beautiful Oceanside harbor, which includes a great variety of restaurants/bars, whale/dolphin watching tours, and water sport rentals, including but not limited to sailboats, kayaks, jet skis, surfboard, and stand-up paddleboards. Guests can also walk to the Oceanside pier and downtown Oceanside for dining and shopping. Oceanside is a great location in San Diego as you are only minutes in a car from Legoland, 45 minutes from downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo, about one hour from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm and two hours from Los Angeles and Universal Studios. Amtrak has a stop in Oceanside, about five minutes away, which provides a great alternative to getting to popular destinations in Southern California. The San Diego International airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
Because is our 2nd home, you should have everything you need including a well-stocked kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, blender, food processor, spice rack, and a bar area. We have two flat screen TVs with DVD players, a generous assortment of DVDs, free WIFI, cable, Hulu Plus and Netflix. We also have an iron/ironing board and a hair dryer. Finally, we have full bed linens and bath/beach towel service for up to four guests, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella as well for your enjoyment. While families are welcome, this home is not really suitable for toddlers. We own and manage this condo ourselves so there are no agent fees.
