This spacious studio style annexe is attached to the owners home, yet offers a good degree of seclusion. To the front is a gravelled parking area which leads you directly to the private entrance. The door opens into a bright and airy kitchen, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer. Overlooking the garden and with doors giving access, the large open-plan lounge/dining area has a Smart TV and is the perfect place to relax after a long walk. Adjacent to the lounge area through an open arch is a king-size bedroom, also with a door to the garden. Heading back through the lounge you will find a contemporary shower room with WC.
Venturing outside you will find an enclosed patio with garden furniture. Set directly off the lounge and backed by the forest it’s the perfect spot for dining outdoors.
