This sunny apartment is perfect for 1-2 travelers, with an open concept bedroom/office, kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining room... plus a cute balcony! The living room has a couch that could sleep a 3rd guest, though not as comfortably.
Located steps away from Jean Talon market and metro station, and right at the corner of all the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on de Castelnau and Faillon. Plus, Jarry park is just 6 blocks away.
I love living here, and I'd love to share it with you!
This apartment is very special to me!
It's a large one-bedroom place, with an open-concept bedroom, study, and breakfast nook at the entrance. Sitting at the desk and looking out over St Denis street is a great way to get some work done, and lounging in the big leather armchair is one of my favourite ways to spend an afternoon. My new memory-foam bed is super comfortable, and gives such good sleeps!
Further back, the living/dining room opens up onto the kitchen. This space is great for cozy gatherings and meals, and the teak dining set expands to seat 10 people if you want to host a dinner party.
The bathroom is big and comfortable, with washing and drying machines available for your use. There's also a clothesline on the rear balcony, plus a nice little chair for sitting out in the afternoon sun.
This is my primary living space, and I rent it out when traveling or staying with friends. Guests have access to the entire apartment, with all my things in it - so please be gentle with my stuff!
When you arrive, I'll clear out my dresser and wardrobe for you to store your clothes etc. Otherwise, the closets will be full of all my things, and I ask guests to leave those spaces alone :)

If I'm in town, I'll be happy to come help with any problems. If I'm traveling, I'll connect you to a friend who lives in the neighbourhood, and they can help with anything that comes up!
I'm a 32-year old single person, born and raised in Toronto but calling Montreal home for most of the past 14 years. Right now I'm doing a part-time research fellowship, looking at cooperative economics and inclusive decision-making.
I love my apartment, and I hope you love it too! I also love this city, so if you're looking for recommendations in terms of art, music, sight-seeing, food, nightlife, or whatever else, I'm happy to share what I know.
Finally: my home is very much a queer- and trans-positive space :)
