The studio is at disposal of the guests during their stay. However, according to the idea of Airbnb, they are not exclusive residents and other people use it during various periods of the year. As guests, you are expected to be respectful of the place, rules, neighbours, furnitures and things at your disposal, in order to find the place at its original state at the time of check-out.
If any unsolvable problem occurs, the security deposit will be reclaimed to Airbnb.

An appointment is made for check-in, keys are handed over and explanation of the flat. I can also give you some tips about the district and the city. Then, another meeting is scheduled when checking out, to hand keys back and make a quick and simple inventory.
You can contact me anytime. In case of problem/emergency and if available, I even can come by.
The Versailles palace is close to where i'm actually living. So if you plan to come visit there I may be able to give you a (free) tour if I have time and even share a beer and/or nice talks.
Before making any reservation please carefully read and understand the following :
The building electrical installation has been realized according to the standards, and thus completely safe, in the bathroom and kitchen. However, in the main room, electric outlets are a bit dated and are not dimensionned for power consuming and/or earth connected equipments (i.e. depending on the appliance, you may have to charge your laptop in the kitchen).
