Old farmhouse suitable for 4 people, in a hamlet at 950 metres of altitude. The house is surrounded by a large domain with several terraces. Very peaceful and sunny, facing south-west, with stunning views on the Velay mountain landscapes.
Located in the volcanic region of Meygal (pays des Sucs), 4 km from the village Saint-Julien Chapteuil (with 12th Century church, shops, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants) and 22 km from Le Puy-en-Velay (with cathedral and cloister, monumental statue of Notre-Dame de France, Rock of Saint-Michel d’Aiguilhe with its romanic chapel, and starting place of the Compostella pilgrimage). The farm house dates from 1745, and was first renovated in the 1970s. The house is located in a hamlet of 7 houses.
The house can accommodate 4 persons. Inner decoration is rustic, with a modern kitchen and bathroom.
It consists of:
- A large kitchen / dining room with chimney
- A cosy living room
- A bedroom with 3 beds (of which 1 king-sized), with modern bathroom (shower and bathtub) and separate toilet.
- A second bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet.
It is surrounded of several wooden lands and of two terraces.
