My place is close to restaurants and dining, public transport, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the light. My place is good for solo adventurers, and business travelers.
ALSO, I DON'T HAVE WIFI BUT CAN LET YOU USE MINE PARTIALLY.
You are renting a living room couch which becomes private room from 10 PM to 10 AM. At night you should close both doors (the living room and kitchen) to enjoy your privacy and silence because you might hear the fridge at night if you don't close the kitchen door... zzzzzzz
You have access to the kitchen and if you are a smoker, there is a balcony in the kitchen for your smoking enjoyment. Just make sure you close the kitchen door so the smoke won't get inside the house.

I love chatting and get to know my guests a little. My house is more like staying in a friend's house than an AirBnB room. If by any chance you have things that you want to storage e.i. bike... big luggage or any other items you can use the small room next to the living room...
I don't mind visitors.

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from an Italian family but moved to USA still at young age. Grew up in New York and lived most of my life in California. In 2014 moved to Rome so I could use my Italian citizenship and improve the Italian language. Recently moved to Trieste, Italy. I love meeting new people and it is always fun to have people in the house. I generally cook and wouldn't mind sharing my food, have a good conversation over coffee, play the guitar, show my guests the city. I live in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to most touristic sites, a short bus trip to our so-called beach Barcola which is more like a big swimming pool, the Adriatic Sea with a great mountain and castle view. You will love Trieste. A very friendly and safe city.
