If you like the luxury and comfortable feeling of living in a brand new modern apartment but also enjoy living in a complex built in the traditional style Maltese townhouse with a central courtyard which looks like it could easily be 200 years old because of it elegance and tradition.... But mot of all the sound of silence - No sound of passing cars or bus, no restaurant/club music blaring all night. Just a peaceful environment combined with the most modern deluxe furniture and amenities.... Then this is the property for you.
This is definitely NOT an apartment for youngsters to party or to be noisy at night. If you are a large group you will need to respect the neighbours who live her because it is so peaceful at night.

If you're looking for a cheap bargain basic touristic property then you need to look elsewhere. This property is essentially equipped like a 5 star hotel room but with so much more !! ...including some basic stocks in the larder and fridge and essential cleaning supplies and shampoo. The ideal "Airbnber" for this property wants to stay 3 weeks or more but I am accepting bookings of 1 week at the moment.
This is an apartment which you will be proud to live in for a short period of time and you will be eminently comfortable to spend your day/evenings or entertain visitors should you have any.
And, of course, the place come with 3 bright bedrooms with a king size, queen size and two large single beds respectively.....plus if your guests want to "stretch out" you'll be happy to find the couch slides out into a huge double bed. I've listed this property as accommodating 6 as it's a three bedroom property. In any event accommodating more than 6 persons creates a noisy environment in a very quiet neighbourhood so I am not taking bookings for more than six persons.
Everything is clean and new and it's a lovely airy top (third) floor apartment with full elevator access.
I live in a house very close to this property so unless I am travelling at the time you arrive, rest assured I will personally make sure that you find everything you could possibly need when you arrive...and if I am travelling rest assured someone I trust will cater for whatever you may need.
St Julians is Malta's foremost residential and tourist area and the house is a property located in the area of the original old and quaint part of St Julians with charming narrow cobblestoned streets, and lots of peace and quiet....yet take a few paces and you are suddenly in the middle of the St Julians hustle & bustle.

Electricity & Water consumption are included in the Daily/Weekly Price. This presumes the guests will use the air-conditioning units in a responsible manner (For example, guests should not leave air-conditioning units running whilst they are not even in the house). An excessive use of the air-conditioning may result in as request for additional payment or disconnection of the units.
