I always try to do my best to make the stay for my guests as comfortable as possible taking into consideration all their requirments.
Unfortunatelly in this case all the work you mentioned in your review was done outside of my apartment in charge of the house servicing company which organized all the reparation work to stop and fix as soon as possible the water leaking into my neighbors apartments and as I have tried to explain I had really no influence or right to stop their work.
I fully understand that after your arrival close to midnight (btw. anounced just the evening prior your arrival) you would prefer to sleep longer… unfortunatelly due the heavy rains in the weather forcast for next days they had no possiblity to reschedule their work.
Also it would be fair to say that all the work on the terraces (ours as well as my neighbors) reparation was done outside, nobody entered to the apartment. It took one day (as agreed) during a working hours (which you told me you dońt mind as you plan to be outside anyway), the second day they arrived after 8 in the morning to do some finishings and at 10AM everything was finished, they even put back the sitting furniture and flowers to make the terrace usable for you for rest of the day.
I can only appologize again for any inconvinience caused by this situation, hope that you understand and as you already mentioned the discount about 20% was provided (no payment for the third person stay plus no charge for the late check-in) as a compensation for this discomfort.
