My ranch house is halfway between the airport and downtown with easy train access or rideshare(I drive for Lyft) to Downtown or airport. In a lovely, quiet neighborhood less than a block to 2 biking paths. Smoking allowed in discrete location outside.
The room is on the main floor. The room has an air conditioner, and the rest of the house is passively cooled by an attic fan.
Guests are encouraged to use the kitchen and living area with large screen TV. If you want garage parking, let me know ahead of time, otherwise street parking is easier.
