The roof top terrace is home to an inviting private patio overlooking the swimming pool with the picturesque Durban silhouette as back drop.
Centrally located to all activity nodes Durban has to offer. A comfortable 10 minute walk to Durbans trendy Florida Road .Durbans famous golden mile beachfronts, CBD and ICC are a short 5 minute drive east, while the Umhlanga centre is located 15 minutes north.

As part of our check in policy and for security reasons, we request that you produce your original identification that matches your Airbnb profile.
Normal checking in times are between 14:00pm and 16:00pm on the day of your booking. We ask that you please confirm the time you will be arriving as we are not based on site.
If you are arriving a little later, late check-in times can be arranged but will require prior arrangement, please note that there will be a small surcharge of R150 for any time from 16:00pm up until 21:00pm, after which time we do not accept check-ins.
Whilst we don't allow smoking in the apartment, guest are most welcome to smoke on the deck or on the patio off the main bedroom.
Check-out is prior to 11:00am on your day of departure; we ask that you be courteous as to allow our lovely cleaning staff enough time to prepare for the next guest.

As the apartment is located within a tranquil environment, we ask that you, your family and your guests respect your neighbours – the apartment is based within a residential environment, please treat your neighbours with the same respect you would like to be treated.
The Audley Gardens complex has a strict noise policy. To ensure that our guests make the most of this luxuorious getaway the complex has set timeframes when noise should cease in the complex
Our quiet times are:
•Monday through Friday from 22:00 pm to 6:00 am
•Friday afternoon through Sunday from 24:00 pm to 8:00 am
We love children, but the apartment is not a child-safe environment, the apartment is geared towards being a predominantly adult-oriented accommodation for those wishing for a quiet and/or romantic retreat. This does not mean that children are prohibited but guests are discouraged from bringing children under the age of 12 years with them to the apartment for safety reasons. Children are to remain under the guests’ full and complete control and supervision at all times. An indemnity form must be signed by the guardian for every child staying at Audley Gardens.
No parties of any kind will be allowed in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in the Audley Gardens Complex as per the body corporate regulations.
Parking space is limited to maximum of Four (4) vehicles. Please do not exceed the maximum number of cars allowed for this unit. Motor homes, large trailers or commercial vehicles cannot be accommodated as the drive way is not wide enough.
Audley Gardens is a secure complex in a 24 hour security access controlled block. Please do not give access to any unknown persons that may ring your apartment. If in the event you have lost your access key or remote to the apartment, please do not ring the other tenants in the complex for access as they are under strict instructions not to let in any unknown persons, please contact your host for access help.
DAMAGE / ACCIDENTS TO PROPERTY
Guest/Guests must agree to notify the owner of any damage to property that occurred during their stay. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT.
ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on site will result in the immediate termination of the guests stay at the apartment.
