Cozy 1st floor 2 bedroom flat with charming back garden, located in the hip West End. Nestled on a quiet street centrally located to all highways, public transportation and a short walk to restaurants, shopping, parks, the Columbus Theatre and 3/4 mile from downtown, Brown, RISD. This space is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travel.
The 2 bedroom sunny apartment on the first floor of a 2 family, comfortably sleeps 4 with an additional pullout/drawer queen sofa bed (with memory mattress pad) as an additional sleeping option. *We've just added two floor fans in addition to our ceiling fans in each bedroom*. Guests lovingly call our space "the beach house", get the little rhody vibe tucked in our lively urban neighborhood. Amenities include: a roomy eat in, kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge, sunlit living room with ample cozy seating, memory gel foam queen mattress in master bed, foam/coil full mattress in second bedroom, original artwork sprinkle the walls, house plants and free parking for 1 car. We offer drip and/or french press coffee as well as an enormous selection of handmade local medicinal teas and Winterwood tea company's herbals from Seattle, WA.
The flat is located in the historic Armory District and was part of a group of homes that were in very bad shape and almost lost. With the loving help of a few adventurous home owners, this tiny street went from shambles to being one of the most coveted streets to live on in the West End. With old homes comes the taps and crackles when the heat turns on in Winter.

I would love to meet you all, owning two businesses sometimes makes that hard, so we have a key lock box to allow our guests flexible check in times. Guests have their own private entrances, however I do live upstairs so we may cross paths in passing. That said, I can be available for questions and suggestions if needed. Please do not wait until after your stay to contact me if there is a problem.

I take pride in my home and I am excited to welcome you. The space must be left as it was when you arrived and enjoy the city!:)
I am an Artist/Designer, After 5 years in Providence RI, I've planted some roots and bought a sweet two family (my new labor of love)! I am slowly working to make this little gem a palace.
I'm the mastermind behind a small accessories label, a sucker for antiques, independent designers, music, dancing, bicycles, dog walks and flowers. I could live off sushi and my new obsession with audio books (a favorite companion in the studio and on the road).
I prefer places that reflect my own love of design and art, are quiet and clean with an artistic flare. Access to outdoor space, patio or garden is always lovely. As much as I love camping, I would choose a comfortable bed over the ground any time.
When traveling I like to spend my time off the beaten path, getting to know the area as a native rather than at the touristy attractions...
Magic happens when you stop trying so hard.
