My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. This is a separate apt in a large walled Villa. The a has a mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. There is a BBQ grill available and access to the rooftop terrace. Five minutes to all the best clubs or Medano Beach. Rental cars are relatively inexpensive in Los Cabos but there are buses to town every five minutes just 1/2 kilometer out the back. gate. Guests can often catch a ride with me into town.
This is a large studio with a table and two chairs, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and couch. It also has lots of closet space.
Guests have access to all the courtyards, the BBQ, the laundry. their own private terrace, and the rooftop terrace.

Host lives in one of the villa's apartments is available at most times.
The bathroom is one half flight of stairs below the studio---just below the private terrace. Directions: From the east get onto frontage road just after passing Costco and slow down, then turn right just after passing the Pepsi distributor (Big Pepsi sign on building and big Corona sign at corner and also directly across the highway from the Rui Palace), turn left at the first road on the left (about 1/2 km up the hill). There is an incline of about 6 feet at the beginning of the road. If you pass a two story white house before you turn---you just missed your turn, go back a few feet and head west. The villa will be the fourth house on the left after you make the left turn. Coming from the west, take the retorno after you pass the Costco on your left and follow above instructions.
No noise after midnight. Leave the place as clean as you got it. Guests must be pre-approved at least 24 hrs in advance and leave before midnight. Smoking is not allowed in the room but is allowed in courtyards and terraces. Weber grill is for cooking only.

I am a professor of economics who likes to travel and experience other cultures. I visit Paris about every three years and Mexico once or twice a year. Currently I am trying to start a foundation for the pursuit of egalitarian economics. That is it will promote the study and elimination of income inequality in the world. I'm more a traveler than a site seer which is why I use airbnb because I want to live like the locals.
