My place is close to the centre of Athens (just a 15-minute bus ride) as well as Athens University, Mount Hymettus (a 10-minute drive, 15-minute cycle ride) and the Attic Highway (and hence the airport).
It's a quiet neighbourhood next to a church and a park in Byronas, one of the Athens neighbourhoods that came into being after the 1923 population exchange with Turkey. Which means it's down-to-earth, friendly and inexpensive.
The flat is 54 m2, comfortable and well-equipped.
It's a very tranquil flat. Because it's at the back of the building looking out over a large communal area filled with trees and shrubs, there's almost no traffic noise or smells. This makes sitting out on the comfortable 15 m2 balcony a real pleasure, shaded as it is by awnings and made more private with bamboo.
It feels larger than its 54 m2 and the spaces are cool and uncluttered. A family of four (or even five--there's an electrically inflatable single matress in the top cupboard in the bedroom) wouldn't feel overly cramped in here.
Every room has its own access to the balcony, and the kitchen has light entering from two sides, which is lovely in the spring, autumn and winter. In the summer, there's an external blind to keep it out!
It's all yours!

I live about 2 km away and will almost always be in town to help out. You have my number--don't hesitate to call!
It's a quiet block, so it's not really the right place for a party. Because you'll have the french windows open 8 months of the year, you'll need to keep the TV volume down to sensible levels.
If you have kids, the park in front of the block has a few slides and swings. There is also another, larger park at the other end of Korytsas (then up the hill), and if you keep walking for another 5 minutes you get to a truly huge park (the Skopefterio) which stretches all the way up past the ringroad to Mount Hymettus.
I'm half Irish half Cypriot. I grew up in England and have lived in Greece since 1990 (with four years in Iraq recently). I translate films, songs, novels, poems and academic stuff (humanities). My favourite places in Greece right now are Meteora, Mykines, Chania, Tinos and Amorgos. I used to travel a lot (mostly hitching) and hope to travel again in the future. I love music (classical, folk, jazz), films, opera, reading and food. My top ambition today is to go and see/hear Currentzis conducting an opera in Siberia.
