Correction - The wifi internet info is on the comcast main box which is in the blue bedroom.
It's the modem/router that's behind the door in the yellow bedroom.
Driveway Gate needs to remain unlocked from the inside, so that the Pool Company (Pool Guys of Palm Beach - usually come on Mondays) and the Lawn Guy (Alfredo - comes bi-weekly) can lift the self latching up high from the outside, to access back yard.
Cleaning - Bedlinen is all new and clean.
Wood floors - please have cleaning service only use dishwash liquid and water - no abrasive or wood cleaners or it will strip the finish. No waxing on these wood floors also.
Bahama Shutters on West Side - the set of louvers on these Shutters can be manually pushed/pulled opened or closed, to reduce/increase evening light/heat in living room.
Inspection - City Inspector said as only 1 bathroom so 4 people is the max occupancy for this rental.
Attic - is not available for storage - no room up there with all the cross bracing, A/c unit, ductwork, etc.
Florida Room - the sofa is a Futon, available for guests needs.
Pool - Pool light switch is just outside the back door, down low. I've written into leases, requiring tenants to empty the skimmer basket regularly. There is a Pool Net in Shed. I've written into leases that tenant is responsible for child safety with pool.
A/c Filters - the A/c Intake is an odd size, so hard to find filters to fit, so owner buys the green ones that you cut to size and per the lease it is tenant to replace monthly.
A/C and Electric - Should there be any major issues with the electric and A/c, I have an Electrician and A/C Company that installed both systems in the house. Alfredo Lid, ABC Electrical and Brian, Aerostar Air Conditioning.

Shed - is just used for house/yard maintenance items, as it's not airtight. House Paint, yard brush, rake, etc.
Garbage - City Garbage Can located inside fence. City Garbage pick-up is Tuesdays and Fridays.
