Nice 1 story ranch style home, built in the late 60's. Established, safe and very quiet neighborhood. Sits on corner lot. Well maintained lawn and diving pool. Plenty of mature trees with great walking/jogging throughout neighborhood. Not a shell home. All amenities are provided. Fast access to everything in DFW.
Note: Back part of the home - two back bedrooms - have been converted to a small studio apartment with a separate, private exterior entrance in back of home. This unit is for owner occupancy only and may or may not be occupied during your stay. The doors to those rooms are securely locked, blocked, and well insulated from both sides to ensure guest privacy, security, and comfort. This does not affect your privacy, safety, access, or utilization of main home.

- 1 (ONE) large bathroom (2 door entrance - hall and master bedroom). New waterfall shower with 1 additional detachable shower head. Ideal for couples who like to shower together - fits two adults wonderfully.
- 2 (TWO) fully furnished living rooms:
*Den 1 comes with Queen size sofa bed, Chaise lounge/sleeper, Large TV, Rocking chair, and black out and privacy curtains for sleepers.
*Den 2 comes with leather sofa, love seat, and leather recliner (a twin air mattress is available for additional sleepers). Wood burning fire place.
- Functional and fully equipped galley kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast nook that seats 4, new dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, rice maker, crock-pot, griddle, waffle maker, refrigerator with ice maker included.
- Laundry room with new extra large capacity washer and dryer. Laundry detergent/dryer sheets provided.
- Detached gated 9 foot diving pool area, outdoor seating area, table, charcoal grill, pool accessories, and large umbrella. Serviced weekly.
- Business center: Desk, printer, monitor(s), office supplies and office chair. High speed wifi.
Hard wood floors in living areas, tile in kitchen and bath, carpet in bedroom. Kid friendly.

Your privacy is important to me. If needed, I am available via text, email, phone, or in person, if in town. I do have a on-call person to assist directly if needed. No interaction necessary however. Private.

Parking: Street parking is front or side of house. Driveway in back of house, by pool is also available. If you park in driveway, you will have to walk around to the front of the house to gain access to house. To maintain your privacy, Please do not block any vehicle parked in driveway.
Garage is off limits. The door will be locked. Some drawers, closets are also off limits. Those will be clearly identified as private and locked.
Grocery delivery is available via Amazon Prime, Instacart, or Tom Thumb. Grocery pick up is available via Walmart Super Center
Chickens: Two laying hens (females) live in small coop on a closed off side of house. They are very quiet and will not disturb. They can be viewed out the kitchen nook windows. Please do not feed or disturb the chickens. Please keep children out of the Kennel/chicken area. Kennel gate will remain closed/locked.

Outdoor smoking permitted.
NO suitcases or shoes allowed on furniture or beds. Use luggage racks for luggage. Take off shoes.
NO stealing. If you didn't bring it, don't take it. If you take accidentally it, kindly replace or return.
NO Late night or Large parties: Guest +1 only access. Be respectful of home and of residents in community. This is a working class neighborhood with families and responsibilities. No loud music past 10:30 pm.
NO leaving doors and windows unlocked: Ensure doors and windows are always secure and locked.
NO flushing feminine products, trash, or disposable wipes. It's an older home with older home with older pipes.
NO leaving a mess. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves.
NO lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Pool rules: Gate for pool must always be locked when not used. NO pets, drinks, or pee allowed in pool. NO glass allowed in pool area. Children must be supervised at all times while in pool area. Remove pool accessories after use and store properly. Keep pool area clean and umbrella shut when not in use. ****Please be aware that acceptance of these house rules constitutes your acceptance of all liability in regards to pool use and that you agree to hold harmless any and all claims against the owner.***
