Our recently renovated basement apartment in Brockton Village is a great jumping off point to discover Toronto. Our place is close to fantastic restaurants and bars, art galleries and transit to get you wherever you need to go. Good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Walk to shopping on Queen Street West or a night out on the Ossington strip. Take a short streetcar to the Frank Gehry designed Art Gallery of Ontario and Chinatown. Stay with us in the 6ix!
Hardwood floors, exposed original stonework and a gas fireplace make this an ideal space to stay cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Our place features a European style separated bathroom with a fully tiled shower room and a two piece across the hall. The kitchen has a bar fridge, microwave and kettle for tea and French press coffee. We have a comfortable desk chair available for business travellers if they need to set up a place to work while they stay.
This is a basement apartment of the listing owner's house with a separate entrance. Guests enter through the alley north of the house, through the gate and through the back door. The backyard will be shared with the owners of the house when they are home.

The owners (Jason and Amada) live above the apartment with their two school age children. We'll help you with whatever you need while you stay either in person or via text.
If you decide to stay with us we'll share our custom maps showing you all of the amenities, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. We've also created a map of day trips, showing you how to get to some of Toronto's most popular tourist attractions, grouping them by proximity and recommendations for restaurants, art galleries and shops while you are out and about.
