Firstly, I should say that I'm truly sorry you didn't find the studio clean enough. We have a very busy and competent team of cleaners who are often working hard to get a property ready for guests arriving the same day. It really is very rare that we have had negative feedback about cleanliness. I can only imagine that on the day scheduled for the studio to be cleaned before your arrival, the cleaners were rushing to finish and missed cleaning the floor properly and didn't notice the dishes not being cleaned that well.
It's a shame you didn't ask me to stock up on tp, that's something I could have fixed very quickly, and again I expect the cleaners missed it due to their haste.
It's interesting that you mention the shower, we've not had any comments before about it but I have begun an investigation into it.
Sorry about the noise levels from upstairs, I truly wish there was something I could do about that. Again, not something we have had many comments about, but I will talk the owners of the other studios in the building.
So Airbnb rentals are usually a quite different experience than a hotel. We take great pride in having an overall very high rating and feedback score for our little studio on Mission, out of 94 reviews we have 4.5 stars which, if you look around on Airbnb, is exceptional.
