Bellavista Resort is located in the southern part of Durrës Bay, half an hour from Mother Teresa Airport, 10 minutes from Durrës, one hour from Berat, and one hour from archaeological site of Apolonia.
The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor. Full view of Durrës Bay. 180 degree sea view even from inside. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach.

One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that.
Guests will have access to 2 parking lots in the basement and more outside, in the proper place within the fence.
One fish restaurant, and a pizzeria are located in front of the buildings, with full view of the sea. The bar will serve even if you are laying on the chaises.
There is also a mini-market within the complex.
One can use Floga or Royal restaurant - open all year around.

There is 24 hours maintenance people, that take care for every need or emergency, during June-September period, beside our contacts. Guests will have access at a mobile phone that can be used for any question/need they might have.
Taxi service can be available on very short notice and we can communicate in English, French and Italian.
Guests will find the username and password for the wireless internet, in the green paper, describing the house rules.
TV channels on the satellite box, should be checked from 1 to 1000, until the desired one is found.
We expect guests to take care of the parquet, i.e cleaning from sand and water, before entering the apartment.
Smoking is allowed in the terrace, but not inside the apartment.
Before leaving the apartment, should be taken all garbage, and everything from the fridge. Main power switch should be turned off.
