- House Rules • Only the number of guests booked and paid for is permitted in the property. We do not allow extra people or visitors. • This property is for holiday purposes only. No function or party of any kind is allowed. • Adult supervision of children is essential at all times and any harmful substance or item should be placed out of their reach. • No use of outdoor spas, pools or barbecues allowed between the hours of 10pm and 7am. • Please keep noise to a minimum. Do not disturb neighbours and always respect the local community. • Strictly no drugs or illegal activities are allowed at the property. • Consume alcohol responsibly and please do not smoke in or anywhere on the property. • Conserve water where possible and remember to switch off all lights, heating and air-conditioning units when you are out. On Departure • Please remove all food items from the kitchen fridge and freezer. • Pack used dishes into dishwasher and run cycle or wash, dry and return clean tableware, pots and pans to designated cupboards. • Clean and cover the barbecue to avoid a surcharge. Leave any empty gas bottles at the front door for refilling. • Empty all internal bins into the council bins outside ~ red-topped bin for household rubbish, yellow-topped bin for recycling. • Return moved furniture back to its original position. • Report any spillage, breakage or malfunction of household item to South Coast Holidays on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). • Turn off air-conditioning units. Lock windows, shutters and doors and vacate the premises by stipulated check-out time of 10am. Failure to respect and comply with any of these conditions will incur the forfeit of your security deposit.
