Yes, I am not the owner of the unit but the owner is my direct relative and I can only help for the check-in if it is before 4pm. Regarding the check-in process, the owner informed you that she will couldn't do the check-in before 7pm. You arrived as you mentioned 45 min before the appointment, so little could be made to facilitate your check-in process.
We are sorry that you had to be there during the main door painting process and that your sleepers got painted but this appointment was set prior to your booking and couldn't be cancelled anymore.
Regarding the family friendly environment, may I know why your booking stated 2 adults only and it was in fact 1 adult and 3 childrens? Don't you think it is an important details to mention during the booking process? The unit and amenities are indeed family friendly, should you book with the proper number of guests from the start. There is an additional room available for rent in this unit and it can indeed accomodate (On request) 4 adults and 2 childrens as per the unit description.
We always try to be arranging with our guest and we do not charge for Cleaning fee, Deposit and so on. The "alas gelas" was not broken prior to your stay, so we charged a minimum fee just to replace the item.
Lastly, the Wifi is available in the unit and you used it during your stay, so I am unsure why you mentioned that it is not provided...
