Throughout your stay I am more than happy to accommodate and help out with any inquiries or concerns. I am very punctual in my responses. However, kindly keep in mind that I live in Boston and therefore in the Eastern time zone of the United States so I will be less likely to respond to your inquiries or concerns if its late at night in my time zone. But I will be sure to respond first thing in the morning. There is a number for the cleaning company/local managers in a booklet I provide in the apartment and they are good associates of mine. You might want to call them if you have immediate/pressing concerns if I do not respond. When you book you will also be provided the local managers contact number.
If you are traveling by public transportation you may take bus #101 from the Interlaken train station heading towards Beatenberg. This bus is on an hourly schedule running till 10 pm. Just ask at the station when you arrive by train for details or concerns. They are very helpful.
Upon boarding bus 101 ask the driver to be dropped off at the Waldegg bus stop. You can identify the stop with a Welcome to Beatenberg (in red) tourist sign in front of a large parking lot and the Regina Hotel on the other corner.
Please download the regional maps for Switzerland on your phone for free with g00glemaps. - Kindly note that this is a non smoking property. We also do not allow parties (this includes inviting friends over) as to avoid upsetting our neighbors. Please also refrain from littering and generally being considerate of our elderly neighbors and expanding your cultural education by researching the etiquettes of Swiss culture for a more pleasant experience.
-Also kindly note that if you leave the place in a mess I am forced to charge you extra. For the cleaning company will charge me, which comes out to 35 CHF per hour depending on how long they deem it necessary. This includes dirty dishes, stains on furniture, filthy oven or a filthy bathroom. House cleaning restrict their services to clean sheets & towels, vacuuming, window washing, disinfection & cleaning of bathroom. Anything beyond that they will charge me and I will have to charge you. Cleaning costs are exceptionally high in Switzerland so please return the property in the same condition that you received it. Thank you :)
