Travis, we are so sorry that you had a bad experience at our place. Unfortunately, we did find bed bugs after your stay and immediately had them exterminated. We thoroughly clean the room and bathroom between each guest, but, unfortunately, bed bugs are hard to discover, as you know since you slept in the bed for almost a week before you reported them to us. It even took us a while to find them when we were looking for them. If we had any reason to believe there were bed bugs before your stay, we would have found you alternate lodging which is why we offered you a different bedroom or the ability to cancel the rest of your stay penalty-free when you reported them to us. Before you told us about your bites, we had no reason to believe we had any issues as multiple people had stayed before you. Despite your claims, the extermination only revealed about 8 bugs, so it was still in an early stage and there was no evidence of any bugs in the basement bedroom. We have placed third party proof that we no longer have bed bugs in our photos. Again, we are so sorry that this happened during your stay and hope that your full refund helps remediate the problems just a little.
