Ranchero Cottage pored jezera New Hogan; ova udobna kućica nalazi se u podnožju brda okruga Calaveras. Kratka šetnja do staza, kampa i jezera. Uključena je propusnica za rekreaciju koja omogućuje pristup s 1 vozilom/prikolicom do rampe za spuštanje čamaca i dnevnih područja za korištenje oko jezera Hogan. Objekt je izravno povezan s kampom Oak Knoll. U glavnoj spavaćoj sobi nalazi se bračni krevet (Queen), a u drugoj spavaćoj sobi krevet na kat (jedan krevet za jednu osobu iznad bračnog kreveta) i kauč na razvlačenje (Queen). Dostupan je i mali krevetić za bebe. Najviše šest osoba. Cijeli smještaj se iznajmljuje, na posjedu nema drugih gostiju.

Ova predivna kućica s 2 spavaće sobe i 1 kupaonicom nalazi se na 5 prekrasnih hektara gdje teren ima male razlike u nadmorskoj visini, što ga čini lako dostupnim za istraživanje. U ruralnom susjedstvu s manjim rančevima koji su međusobno prilično udaljeni možete uživati u osjećaju zabačenosti i mira, a istovremeno ste udaljeni samo 3 km od grada u kojem možete zadovoljiti sve svoje potrebe u pogledu kupnje!

Prostrano imanje pruža utočište divljim životinjama – jelena ima u izobilju, divlji purani slobodno lutaju, a veliko sezonsko jezerce puno je žaba, a povremeno se tu pojave i patke, čaplje i kornjače koje vole ovuda prolaziti.

Sumrak je na ovom posjedu posebno vrijeme i za ljubitelje prirode i za ljubitelje životinja. Vidjet ćete kako divlji purani lete visoko u krošnje stabala pokraj jezera kako bi se smjestili na svoja noćna prenoćišta. Zatim, dok posljednje zrake sunca nježno nestaju u tami, budi se noćna smjena uz veličanstven prizor šišmiša koji izlijeću u sumrak, što je zaista predivan prizor ljeti!

•Valid ID's & vehicle information to be collected prior to check-in.

• Dog friendly - Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs! Signed policy agreement required.

• House is located on a gravel road - strict 10 miles per hour speed limit!

• Rural Location - cottage is located at the end of a gravel/dirt road of farm houses and ranchettes. The road will make vehicles dirty with dust. The 10 mile per hour speed limit helps to minimize the dust and keep rocks from kicking up. There are horses and livestock animals throughout the neighborhood so you may hear sheep bleating, roosters crowing and livestock guardians dogs barking.

• We ask that guests on-foot please stick to the 5-acre property or the campground/lake area behind the property - please do Not explore the neighborhood on the gravel road. All neighbors (including owners) are full-time residence & request this privacy to keep the Airbnb listed for public use. We appreciate your understanding and respect.

• Wifi - Free high speed internet is included & will be needed for cell service. It's strong enough to support streaming on multiple devices as well.

• Sleeping Arrangements of the 4 Beds -
1.) Queen size bed (primary bedroom).
2.) Full size bed, bottom bunk (secondary bedroom).
3.) Twin size bed, top bunk (secondary bedroom).
4.) Queen size bed, pull-out sofa bed (secondary bedroom).
**Plus a pack-n-play portable crib is available if needed.

• Winter/Spring: cool weather, lush green property and the beautiful pond is full. See photos. This is the host's favorite time of year, especially because the seasonal campground, Oak Knoll is closed giving you private access to explore it without campers. It's a special time of year, gorgeous and tranquil.

• Summer/Fall: very hot weather (AC works great!), dry golden brown property and the seasonal pond gets very low with alge growth. See photos. This is the peak season. Great for water sports and recreation at the lake. The seasonal campground, Oak Knoll is open from May through September.
