Common questions asked:

1. Do you allow parties?

No. We do not allow parties or large group gatherings. This includes but is not limited to birthday, graduation, retirements or large family gatherings of any kind.
A lot of work goes into what we do in and around our home and we want to keep sharing it with the air bnb community. We do that by not allowing any large gatherings.

2. What’s the noise bylaw?

We live in a quiet neighbourhood and ask that all music and loud noise is off at sundown. We ask that you kindly respect the surrounding homes and neighbours.

3. Can I have people over?

No. Only people who are on the booking are allowed to attend our home. We ask that you add all persons listed on the booking for insurance purposes and for proper calculation of your booking.

We are responsible for our home, and you as our guests. Airbnb provides insurance only to those listed on our booking.
