This is a townhouse, located in a residential complex in NE Calgary.
The complex is mostly occupied by families, with children.
Guests are free to access or use any part of the house
This is a smoke-, and pet-free environment. Please respect our neighbours' privacy by keeping noise levels to the barest minimums. No parties, or illicit drug use are allowed.
Adherence to house rules will be highly appreciated, for the health and safety of yours and future guests...
- 1. During your stay, no excessive cleaning is required (already paid for), but we only ask that you clean up after yourselves, and treat the house just like you would yours.
- 2. Please no shoes on the carpet.
- 3. Please do your dishes and leave the washroom clean
- 4. No smoking inside the house but you can smoke outside if you like, and dispose of cigarette stubs
- 5. Use the two allocated parking spots in front of the house
- 6. Report any damages before departure
- 7. Please refer to the house manual section during your stay
- 8. Quiet neighbourhood, please keep noise levels down. Note that parties (in any form) are not allowed.
