This brand new apartment is one of five new apartments for Merino Hospitality. There are two bedrooms each with King size bed and a modern open plan kitchen / living area, a spacious bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, separate utility room and entrance hall. The apartment has windows throughout so is filled with natural light.
You will have exclusive access to the entire property and all of its facilities.
Check-in time is at 3pm and Check-out at 11am as standard. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability, and further charges may incur.

You will be met at the property upon arrival, where you will receive your own set of keys and we will go through the features of your home to help you familiarise yourself with your address in London. We will also assist you with any arrangements you may require, and we have extensive knowledge of the local area so feel free to ask anything you want to know. Our interaction can be as much or as little as you wish it to be, but we do like to make friends so if you allow us we would love to invite you for a pint at one of our favourite local pubs.
You will have direct access to our phone lines and email addresses, and our office is just around the corner too so we can always be with you in no time during your stay if you need anything.

We ask one thing of you: please be honest in your communications with us, and be aware that PARTIES are NOT WELCOME.
We do promote social gatherings to celebrate special occasions, family reunions, corporate meetings and other civilised and decent encounters as one would have at their own homes, but if your plan involves loud music, drunk juvenile behaviour, drug abuse and whatever else floats your boat, do yourself a favour and book a suitable venue for the occasion. We have security and misbehaviour is not tolerated. We request an original and valid form of ID to be presented at the time of arrival.
We are selective of our guests and we strive to maintain a good relationship with our neighbours and local community, so the more information you can give us at the time of your enquiry, the better. We apologise in advance if you were to feel offended, but we will ask you for information about your trip, and of course all information given to us will be treated with the utmost care and respect for your privacy.
Please note that as of July 2014 we are a VAT registered company and therefore Value Added Tax, a country-wide governmental tax, is included in our rates.
- Mi Casa, Su Casa. And it is your responsibility to maintain OUR casa in a clean and tidy fashion, as you would expect someone to do at your own. Smoking is not allowed and a minimum penalty of £250/night will incur if you choose to ignore this rule. If you are a smoker, please do so outside, and please make sure not to litter our streets; Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs; We would very much appreciate if you could please empty the fridge, set the dishwasher and clear any rubbish prior to your departure; The landline telephone is complimentary to contact us and to receive calls; other calls will be charged at cost plus 30%; While you are a guest in our properties they are to be kept clean and tidy. We provide a weekly cleaning service, further cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee; Guest personal items are to be stored in wardrobes or cupboards off the floors, surfaces and beds, especially for mid-stay cleaning, in order to facilitate easy cleaning by our team and prevent damages to your items; Food items are to be stored in cupboards or the fridge. No exposed food items to be left on surfaces to prevent the infestation of rodents and insects; Bins to be emptied when full by the guests on the days specified for the property in which they are staying; The fridge, freezer and cupboards to be emptied of all open food items before guest departure; We reserve the right to retain a valid credit card detail in our secure system for the event of late charges or any other goods or services requested. You will always be notified of any late charges prior to the same taking place. Examples of potential additional charges are: concierge services, phone calls, transfers, babysitters, pay-per-view movies, etc. If you are in doubt about any rules or have any question please feel free to ask.
