My place is in quite and safe neighborhood. About three blocks from beach. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Plenty of space and bathrooms for our long weekend stay in Atlantic City for my birthday weekend. This block was clean, houses and yards were taken care of. AC worked great and Victoria was very responsive. No issues. Holyfield/Mayweather made fight night a little intense with neighborhood parties and excitement about Holyfield win. All in all the place met our needs, during the day we got lots and lots of steps in with walks to beach, casinos and boardwalk. On way home, definitely Uber.
I was in town with some colleagues for a conference and looked a for a large enough space to accommodate us. This house was great! Very spacious. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. There was also a half bath downstairs. Large living room area with long couches and sofa around. Ran into a neighbor and he was pretty friendly. There is a parking spot behind the house as well. It's a residential area so not much around, but getting down to the boardwalk is about a 4 minute drive and the convention center and outlets were only about 8 minutes away. Walking down to he boardwalk area was only about 15 minutes. I didn't cook in the home so I can't speak to the kitchen amenities.
This is a very nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home (half of a twin). There is a full-sized bed in each bedroom, and the master also has a futon which looks like it would be a full size bed as well. (We had a 9-year-old sleep on it folded as a sofa.) The air conditioner was excellent--much needed after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach is about 5 blocks--very short. There is a Chinese food place at the end of the block. Rite Aid is about 2 blocks away. Anywhere in Atlantic City will deliver here. This is not in a "touristy" part of town, but it is centrally located. Steel Pier and Resorts are the closest thing on the boardwalk. It's easy to get to Borgata, etc. on the harbor side. It's not far to anything, really. Uber trips down to the Tropicana were about $7 (the week of July 4th). It is kind of inconvenient to only be able to leave from the back door of the house (only door that can be unlocked from the outside) because if you order an Uber, it's confusing to have to explain they need to come around back. There is a coffee maker, microwave, stove, etc. and the host provided toilet paper, paper towels, and a variety of disposable eating supplies (as well as regular dishes, pots, and pans). Towels, sheets, blankets are plentiful. There is a washer/dryer on the second floor with the bedrooms. It is too loud to run while you're sleeping, but it does the job otherwise. We never ran out of hot water even with 5 adults taking showers back-to-back. The only thing that we couldn't find in the house was a corkscrew. And the smoke alarms started going off at 3am one night, but my husband realized they were on their own circuit breaker so we just turned them off. Other than that, our stay was great.
