The building is a brand new complex. The apartment is on the third floor at the front of the building with city views from the lounge, balcony and bedroom. So enjoy the afternoon sun. The balcony has a garden with large lounge and umbrella. The bedroom is off the lounge with 210 degree views and two doors to the deck. A queen bed and a walk in wardrobe to the marble bathroom. The sofa in the lounge sleeps one. It is very comfortably furnished. The Marble kitchen is a delight to cook in.

The balcony is a great space for relaxing. I have a Bose speaker so bring you wi-if music. The building has a strict noise policy so after 11pm you will need to vacate the balcony.
- ★ Leave the apartment as you found it is probably the best guide. Please wash dishes, take out rubbish, leave used towels in the laundry basket and turn off lights and air-conditioning.
- ★ No bleach or toxic products are to be used in the apartment. Only use products supplied.
- ★ The apartment is non smoking. The security deposit will be withheld for smoking.
- ★ Please contact us prior to departure to notify us of any spills, damage or breakages. If we are not notified, the guest will be held liable for them.
- ★ If an appliance breaks and the technician who fixes it attributes the fault to user malfunction, the guest will be held liable for the reimbursement of repairs.
- ★ No shoes in the apartment, to protect the floorboards and protect the neighbours below from noise.
- ★ There is a $240 fee if the security key and fob is lost, this is what the company charges to replace the fob and key. Leave keys in the apartment on check out. Two keys are given unless more are arranged.
- ★ Insure the main front door is locked when you are not in the apartment.
- ★ Extra sheets needed with be charged for the cleaning costs and time at $15 per extra sheet. Extra cleaning days needed are charged at $90 per clean.
- ★ The building has a strict noise policy. No noise after 11pm. Don't use the balcony after 11pm.
