The guest will be asked to pay 15% TOT Tax to the owner directly after booking confirmation as TOT tax is not included in the rental price. Please note that the TOT tax is calculated only on the rental amount (ie.. base price per night) and not on cleaning and other charges.

We own and manage each of our properties. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.
One thing you can be sure of with all of our properties is that they are not for sale. Our competition lists properties that are for sale and therefore cannot guarantee that you will get the property you selected. Or worse, they may opt out of delivering the property you had hoped for entirely. We speak to individuals quite often that call in desperation as they struggle with an inferior replacement property or no property at all. We are in this for the long term and could not afford to conduct business in this way.
We have been in business for 10+ years and plan to be for many more. We have also been a valued member of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce since our inception where you will find us on their website.
We strive to maintain our Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals. Santa Barbara condos and Montecito vacation rentals up to the highest standards in terms of quality, amenities and ensuring that our properties are fully equipped with everything you would need while on vacation. There are many fly-by-night operators who are desperate to either sell their property or optimize rents by listing their property as a vacation rental. This desperation will show in the properties, whether it is amenities, cleanliness and/or quality.

We offer 7 properties in the Historic West Beach Area, 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to downtown, several on the sand and in Montecito, including a historic and famously published Estate. Our properties range accordingly in price and can accomodate small parties of 1 to 2 pr large parties up to 15. We are happy to help you select the property this is just right for you.
